Patricia Klarner is Assistant Professor of Strategic Management at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich, Germany.

Prior to this, Patricia was a Visiting Scholar at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. She has received her PhD in Management at the University of Geneva, Switzerland, in 2009.

Patricia is also a Research Associate at the Center for Organizational Excellence (CORE), University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.

Her research focuses on organizational change, strategic management, and corporate governance.

Patricia has published in journals such as the Academy of Management Journal, Scandinavian Journal of Management, and Journal of Change Management. She is a founding partner of the International Change & Improvement Leadership Network (www.iciln.com). Over the past years, Patricia has conducted research at Business Schools in Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Germany.
